Mukhtar Yakasai is the Executive Director, Subsidiaries with responsibility for the company’s Property, Transport & Haulage, Imports and Spare parts businesses, Wikki Spring Water and other subsidiaries. He also leads the company’s strategic repositioning and change management initiatives. Mukhtar is a graduate of Agriculture with Agricultural Economics option from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds an MBA from the same university. He is an alumnus of Ashridge Business School, United Kingdom, an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and holds honorary fellowship of the Institute of Administrative Management of Nigeria (FIAMN).
He joined Chemical and Allied Products Plc (CAP Plc), a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria Plc. in July 1985 and was its National Sales Coordinator in 2001, General Manager Business Development and General Manager, Paints in 2003. 
In February 2005, Mukhtar was appointed the Managing Director of Spring Waters Nigeria Limited (SWAN) Jos and in July 2009 was also the Managing Director of Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited (Gossy) Ikogosi-Ekiti. He was appointed Special Projects Manager, UACN Plc in November 2011, with responsibility for Strategy and other strategic initiatives of the UACN Plc. group. 
Mr. Yakasai was appointed Managing Director of Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc. in October 2015 and Deputy/Acting Managing Director of Grand Cereals Limited, Jos in January 2018, a position he held until his retirement from the services of the UACN Plc. group on 31st January 2019.
Mukhtar has vast portfolio, leadership and management experience driving strategic initiatives in business development, restructuring, acquisitions, turnaround and integration in various industries and product categories spanning over 30 years of his corporate career.
